RIDGEBACKS WOMEN'S HOCKEY POSTS TIE AND EARNS A BIG POINT AT BROCK U.

St. Catharines (OUA) - Head Coach Gary Pitcher and the UOIT Ridgebacks Women's Hockey program earned a 2-2 tie today against the Brock University Badgers on the road.

Carling Jeyes scored the first Ridgeback goal to even the score to start the second period while Rikki Palmateer scored with just 30 seconds remaining in the 3rd period to send the game to overtime.  Overtime 5 minutes solved nothing and the Ridgebacks headed home with a hard earned point and a 2-2 tie against the Badgers.
